We are always profiling individuals in their respective fields of science, business and technology. This way we can be confident that our consultants in our group rank among some of the finest professionals, and consult in fields that are of greatest interest to our clients.

How does the process work?

For a typical project, we will select the strongest available candidates from our group and present them to you. We will verify their qualifications and availability for performing the work.

How is the billing rate for the consultant determined?

Consultants in our group do not have billing rates. Typically, a member of our group will consider a project and provide a value-based cost to complete the work. While cost is certainly a consideration, we have found many of our clients make their final decision based on a number of other factors such as interpersonal fit, qualifications, availability, and geographic location.

What are your fees?

There is a $225 USD (non-refundable deposit at the time a project is initiated), plus 10% of the consultants gross billings (excluding out-of-pocket expenses). The minimum fee for a successful project is $500 USD. Our modest fees ensure you find the best professional in their respective field in a very cost-effective manner.

What happens if one of your consultants gives us bad advice?

While we screen everyone in our group carefully, we cannot control the quality of the advice provided by a consultant. Before making significant decisions based on advice of a consultant, you should verify their recommendation. We ask clients to employ multiple independent consultants where the degree of risk is higher.

How does your consultants differ from those in the same field?

There are several important differences. First, unlike other consultants in a group, we carefully select our members, inviting only the most qualified to join our network. Second, we walk you step by step through our process, insuring that your needs are met quickly and with the highest degree of quality information.

Does HIB Group, Inc. invoice the client?

Yes, we provide a single invoice to the client, outlining the terms and specifications of our fee. We then take care of paying the consultant. Individual project billing usually occurs monthly. In the case of certain projects that may run short, we generally invoice our client when the project is complete.
